I'm sure you've heard people say that Martial Artist is S-tier. Well, they're probably right.

Way of the Stonefist provides insane stats like more global evasion and ES, gain % of damage as extra, increased quality of all gems, + to base critical hit chance, and onslaught on hit to name a few

Hollow Resonance Technique has a ton of synergy with skills like Whirling Assault that attack quickly

Martial Adept instantly starts energy shield recharge when you spend 20 combo, and doubles your combo generation. Most build creators don't play monk enough to understand just how frequently you can spend 20 combo. Culmination II was already worth running in many of our skills

Hollow Focus Technique + Staggering Palm makes campaign leveling easy by providing much-needed AoE

All in all, this should be a very powerful and budget-friendly league start build. The only non-rare item it needs to function is Ailith's Chimes, but there are alternatives too.

Mapping Rotation

Generate combo with Whirling Assault

Consume combo with Mantra of Destruction to generate power charges

Use power charges to keep Charged Staff active

Use Reaper's Invocation to refresh your power charges after killing enough enemies

Buff Whirling Assault or Falling Thunder with Mantra of Destruction to maintain the purple flames of Chayula buff

Boss Rotation

Activate Charged Staff

Generate 20 combo with Whirling Assault

Cast Mantra of Destruction to generate power charges

Hit the boss with Falling Thunder

If the boss survived, generate combo and cast Mantra of Destruction again

Drop a Tempest Bell on the Boss

Repeat this 6-skill combo until the boss is dead
