This is a WORK-IN-PROGRESS build using Hollow Form linked with Whirling Assault
Power Charges are oversustained through Lochtonial Caress and Way of the Stonefist, allowing your summoned clones to generate charges for allies (you). Excess charges also feed into Charge Regulation.
