Ice Shot / Snipe leveling

This is just a leveling guide (for now waiting for patch notes).

One of the strongest league starter test that i've ever done. You can oneshot everything starting from level 31. Ice Shot will enable the easy freeze build up you will do this till 50% freeze then just use Freezing Salvo to freeze the target. A perfectly timed Snipe will just one shot the boss (if there is no phases)
